Currently serving as Analytics Director at EssenceMediacom, Jonathan manages a team focused on media effectiveness measurement and modeling for high-profile clients like NBCUniversal. Previously, as Head of Data Science Practice Enablement at Schroders, Jonathan developed the firm’s data science capabilities, founded the Schroders Data Academy, and managed significant recruitment and training efforts. Jonathan's early career includes roles at PwC Australia, where notable contributions transformed the analytics team, as well as experiences in academia and bioinformatics with SheepGENOMICS and Eli Lilly and Company. Jonathan holds an MBA from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor's degree in Science (Bioinformatics) from the University of Sydney.
