Ryan Smith is currently the Senior Director of Strategy at EssenceMediacom since January 2023. Prior to that, Ryan held the position of Strategy Director at Essence and was also a Co-Chair of the Planet Team. With experience at companies such as PHD, UM Worldwide, and DDB, Ryan has worked on projects for clients such as Coca-Cola, Hershey's, New York Lottery, Volkswagen, Cargill, and ExxonMobil. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Lawrence University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Sustainable Management from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
