Britt Thien

Britt Thien is an experienced professional in sales and marketing, currently serving as Manager of the Sales Excellence Center at Essent since February 2019, following a progressive career in various managerial and marketing roles. Prior to Essent, Britt held positions at Smartwares Group from July 2011 to February 2019, including Marketing Manager, where responsibilities encompassed leading a team of 15 in international brand positioning and strategy for multiple brands. Past roles also include Account Manager for Princess, responsible for key retail accounts, and Category Manager Assistant at Men At Work, where a Master Thesis focused on brand image improvement was completed. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Marketing Management and a Bachelor's in Commerciële Economie from Tilburg University and Avans Hogeschool Den Bosch, respectively, alongside various additional training programs.
