Mathias Bögemann

Mathias Bögemann is an accomplished Scrum Master with extensive experience in leading teams and managing software development projects. Currently serving as a Scrum Master at Essent since January 2024, Mathias previously held the roles of Team Captain and Scrum Master for SOC development at Motiv ICT Security from April 2021 to December 2023. Earlier in their career, Mathias worked at Nxtapps as a Scrummaster and Teamleider from February 2018 to August 2021, and spent over 14 years at Motiv ICT Security in various positions, including Teamleider Applicatie Ontwikkeling and Lead softwareontwikkelingsteam. Mathias holds a Bachelor of Information Technology degree from HAN University of Applied Sciences.
