Matthew Naugle

Matthew Naugle is an experienced education and workforce development professional currently serving as a Workforce Development Specialist at Essentia Health since July 2021. In this role, Matthew focuses on long-range pipeline development for healthcare employment opportunities, including staff development, educational alignment, and community outreach initiatives. Previously, Matthew worked as a Curriculum Implementation Manager at Achieve3000, where responsibilities included curriculum planning and fostering client relationships. As a High School Principal at Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton Public Schools, Matthew led strategic planning, staff evaluations, and community engagement. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Elementary Principal at Fargo Public Schools and holding leadership roles in Moorhead Public Schools. Matthew holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
