Lucy Twohig

Lucy Twohig has a diverse work experience history. Lucy began their career as a Waitress and Barista at The Cosy Cottage Café in 2014 and worked there until 2017. In 2018, Lucy worked as a Waitress at Eco Pizzeria & Restaurant until 2019. In the same year, they joined TUI as a Holiday Experience Representative, where they were responsible for ensuring a smooth holiday experience for guests, meeting sales targets, solving problems, and providing excellent customer service. In 2019, Lucy also started working at Hotelbeds as a Supplier Relationship Agent, managing relations with suppliers and using various platforms and databases for daily operations. Lucy left Hotelbeds in 2021 and joined Essentialist.com as a Travel Operations Executive. In 2022, they transitioned to the role of Destination Manager for UK & Ireland at the same company. Lucy's work experience showcases their proficiency in customer service, problem-solving, and relationship management.

Lucy Twohig completed their Bachelor of Arts in International with a focus on Spanish and History at Maynooth University from 2016 to 2019. During their studies, in 2017 to 2018, they also participated in an Erasmus year at the Universidad de Alcalá, where they furthered their specialization in History. In addition to their academic achievements, Lucy Twohig obtained a Gold Certificate as an Ireland Specialist from Tourism Ireland in June 2022.
