Marrie Foster

Marrie Foster (Lindsay) is a seasoned IT professional with a robust background in service delivery and operations management, currently serving as the Director of IT Service Delivery and Head of Global IT Operations at Essentra since October 2020. Prior to this role, Marrie held various positions at The Go-Ahead Group plc, including Group IT Service Delivery Manager, where responsibilities focused on overseeing IT service operations. Experience extends to Home Group as Project Fusion Business Stream Lead, with earlier roles including campaign and contact centre management at CCI Call Centres (PTY) Ltd and G4S, respectively. Educationally, Marrie holds a degree in Business Management and Leadership from Northumbria University, complemented by foundational education from St Joseph Comprehensive.
