Dmitry Taraschansky

Dmitry Taraschansky is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in acquisitions and investments. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Essex Property Trust since 2011, Dmitry has held various leadership roles, including Group Vice President and Vice President, focused on real estate acquisitions and investments. Previous experience includes a position as Summer Associate in Real Estate Private Equity at RREEF and a tenure in buy-side equity research at T. Rowe Price Associates. Dmitry's career began in investment management at Goldman Sachs. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Real Estate from The Wharton School, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, where Dmitry also completed the Executive Leadership Program.
