Ric Nunogawa

Ric Nunogawa has over two decades of experience in property management and accounting. Currently serving as a Commercial Portfolio Property Manager at Essex Property Trust since December 2008, Ric has also held roles as A/P Construction Supervisor and Corporate Accountant within the same company. Prior to Essex Property Trust, Ric worked at Creekbridge Construction and Creekbridge Inc as a Cost Accountant from November 2000 to October 2008. Ric's career began at Finance Factors Ltd, where the position of Accounting Assistant was held from 1998 to 2000. Ric holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, earned between 1992 and 1997.
