Matilda Karlberg

Matilda Karlberg is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in various human resources roles. Since May 2016, Matilda has been with Essity, serving as HR Manager Lead and previously as a Human Resources Generalist, where responsibilities included recruitment, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Matilda's earlier roles at Essity focused on talent acquisition, specifically for finance, sales, and engineering positions in the Nordic and Baltic regions, as well as mobility services for international relocations. Prior experience includes working as a Relocation Consultant at Human Entrance, an HR Assistant at Praktiska Sverige AB, and an HR Administrator at Försäkringskassan, among other roles, all contributing to a well-rounded expertise in HR processes. Matilda holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the University of Gothenburg.
