Katerina's career includes roles such as Project Manager, Head of Back Office, and Deputy Head of Back Office, with additional experience as a Project Manager for synergies in the KB group. Prior to their current role, Katerina was the Head of Back Office at ESSOX SK from January 2009 to July 2011 and served as Head of Customer Service & Credit Cards Administration at ESSOX CZ from November 2004 to December 2008. Katerina's journey began at ESSOX LEASING a.s. as Team Leader - Back Office from August 1999 to May 2004.
