Jade Downes is a Change Analyst at ESSSuper, providing support for project deliverables and engaging stakeholders to capture requirements. Previously, Jade worked as a Team Leader at Epworth HealthCare and as a Training and Examinations Officer at the College of Intensive Care Medicine of Australia and New Zealand. Jade also has experience as an Office Manager and holds a degree from Carroll College.
