Lauren Fleischer

Lauren Fleischer is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as Vice President of Growth Marketing for Global Online at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since September 2021. Prior to this role, Lauren held various positions at PepsiCo, including Executive Director of Growth Marketing for Global Online and eCommerce Marketing Lead. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Marketing & eCommerce at IT'SUGAR and Brand Manager for Global eCommerce at Mondelēz International, where leadership on OREO Colorfilled was a highlight. Earlier in the career, Lauren contributed to brands such as Sour Patch Kids and Chips Ahoy! at Mondelēz International and served as a Summer Brand Assistant at Kraft Foods for Honey Maid. Lauren earned a B.S. in Economics with a focus on Marketing from The Wharton School from 2007 to 2011.
