Nick Aird

Nick Aird is a finance professional with extensive experience in finance transformation and systems management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Finance Systems Change Lead at esure Group since March 2024, Nick has previously held significant interim leadership roles at Phoenix Group, ReAssure, and Wesleyan, focusing on finance transformation projects, policy system migrations, and IFRS17 implementations. Nick's career began at Royal Worcester Limited as Group Accountant, and has included strategic positions at Carillion and Towergate Partnership Limited. A Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) graduate, Nick studied at Reed College from 2004 to 2007 and attended Bishop Perowne High School in Worcester from 1988 to 1993.
