Before joining ICON plc, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Organisational Development, EMEA at Glanbia Performance Nutrition. Sarah also held various HR director roles at L'Oreal, including Country HR Director for Australia & New Zealand, Ireland, and UK & Ireland. Sarah started their career as a Senior HR Specialist at Sonopress-Bertelsmann Group and a HR Specialist at Inamed.
Sarah Keating has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from University College Dublin. Sarah also holds a Master's degree in Business Studies, specializing in Human Resources, from the same institution. Additionally, they have a Postgraduate Diploma in Employment Law from the National College of Ireland. Sarah further pursued education at the Cranfield School of Management, where they completed a program called "Transition to Advanced Management." Currently, they are enrolled in the "Leaders for Change" program at the National University of Singapore.
