Johanna Tegelman has extensive experience in finance and accounting, with over 18 years at Swedish Match in various roles. Their experience includes managing group reporting, legal accounting, consolidation, financial reporting, and internal control systems. Johanna held positions such as Head of Group Reporting and Accounting, Head of Legal Accounting and Reporting, Head of Group Reporting and Consolidation, SOX Project Manager, Group Controller, and Assistant Controller. Johanna is currently the Head of Group Finance at Etac Group.
Johanna Tegelman completed a Bachelor of Science in economics and business administration at Högskolan Dalarna, Sweden from 1995 to 1998. Johanna then obtained a Master of Science in Financial Management from the University of Glamorgan, Wales in 1999.
