Neil R. Euliano II

Senior Scientific Advisor at etectRx

Dr. Neil R. Euliano II has been developing medication compliance technology since 2002 and was a co-founder of eTect in 2009. As principal investigator of the National Science Foundation program, he helped lead the development of the technology behind etectRx™. Dr. Euliano was also the vice president of research and development at NeuroDimension, Inc and an R&D engineer at AT&T Bell Laboratories. He is currently the president of Convergent Engineering, a biomedical engineering R&D firm focused on applying machine intelligence and advanced signal processing to medicine. Dr. Euliano is co-author of several books and approximately 20 PubMed indexed articles. He currently holds 36 issued US patents, 50+ international patents, and has many other patents pending. Dr. Euliano has been the principal investigator on over eight million dollars of research funding from NIH, NSF, and other non-government sources.

Dr. Euliano holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in computer science and a master’s and PhD in electrical and computer engineering, all from the University of Florida where he is also a Courtesy Assistant Professor in the Department of Anesthesiology.
