She began her career with Merck, a top-tier pharmaceutical company, at which she held numerous leadership roles in marketing, sales, commercial operations, medical strategies, and strategic planning. She also held key executive positions within technology startups with a focus on improving medication use and enhancing therapeutic outcomes. She served as Vice President of Pharmaceutical Business at eTect, Vice President of Business Development at Xhale, and, most recently, President of CHT Medical.
Dr. Baumgartner holds a Doctor of Pharmacy and an MBA with highest honors from the University of Florida. She is an accomplished business executive with expertise in the successful development and commercialization of pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and digital health solutions. Susan has helped companies accelerate the adoption of innovation that makes a difference in health care.
