Geraldene Pillay

Geraldene Pillay serves as the Legal Manager and Group Information Officer at Export Trading Group since August 2021, overseeing legal matters, mergers and acquisitions, compliance with POPIA, and international litigation management across various entities. Prior roles include Head of Legal and Corporate Relations at United National Breweries SA PTY LTD and Senior Manager: Legal at Denel PMP, both accompanied by executive committee membership and company secretariat responsibilities. Geraldene Pillay holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, completed practical legal training at the School for Legal Practice, and has pursued further education at Henley Business School with a Master's in Business Administration and a Leadership Programme in Organizational Leadership.
