Kent Gilroy

Kent Gilroy serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for North America at Export Trading Group, where responsibilities include enhancing HR policies and managing HR departments across seven facilities. Previously, Kent held the position of Manager - Human Resources & Quality Assurance at FX Creative, overseeing HR operations and regulatory compliance throughout Ontario. Prior experience includes serving as Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager at Ancam Solutions Company Ltd., focusing on resource optimization, talent acquisition, and employee training. Kent holds a Bachelor of Management in Human Resources from Athabasca University and an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration - Human Resources from Sheridan College.
