Lucia Cardellino

Lucia Cardellino is a finance and technology professional with significant leadership experience. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Community Lead for Ethereum Uruguay since August 2022 and as a Docente at Universidad ORT Uruguay from February 2025, Cardellino also co-founded Proyecto Kuhn in December 2021, focusing on communicating developments in blockchain and AI. Previously, Cardellino held various senior roles, including Director and Country Manager at Global Supply Chain Finance from 2009 to 2021, Senior Manager in Leveraged Finance at IKB Bank from 2006 to 2008, and Associate in Corporate & Investment Banking at HSBC from 2005 to 2006. Early career experience includes positions at Bank of Ireland and Citi. Cardellino holds an Executive MBA from Imperial College London and a Contador Público degree from Universidad de la República.
