Pavlos Karfakis

Pavlos Karfakis is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as the P&C Claims Director and Head of P&C Business Transformation at Ethniki Asfalistiki since February 2024. With extensive experience at Allianz Greece from August 2012 to July 2023, Pavlos held several key positions, including Head of Claims Motor, where management of motor claims operations and policy reengineering were primary responsibilities. Additional roles included Head of Transformation Office, responsible for analyzing complex initiatives, and Head of Motor Online Business, focusing on product and pricing strategies. Pavlos' career began as an Actuarial Analyst at Allianz Greece from February 2008 to April 2011, followed by a position as an Actuarial Specialist at Allianz from May 2011 to July 2012. Academically, Pavlos holds a Master of Science in Statistics from Athens University of Economics and Business and a Diploma in Applied Mathematics from the National Technical University of Athens.
