Jamie Hertzman has a varied work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. They started their career at D+H in 2004, where they held positions such as Cheque/eSwitch/Forms Advisor, Resource Officer, AVS Advisor, Team Leader in Registry Services Operations, and Client Manager. In 2016, Jamie joined Ethoca and worked as a Manager in Product Integration, Customer Success before becoming a Manager in Strategic Product Integration & Consulting. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Business Process Improvement at Ethoca.
Jamie Hertzman attended Durham College from 2000 to 2003, where they studied Business Marketing. They also completed the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER in May 2019.
