Cheri Allen has a diverse work experience in various roles within the human resources field. Cheri began their career at Baptist Hospital/St. Thomas Health Services in 1992, where they worked as an HR/Compensation/MMIS professional for 15 years. In 2007, they joined PhyData as a Human Resources professional and remained there until 2013. Following their time at PhyData, Cheri worked at Comprehensive Pain Specialists from 2013 to 2017, holding the position of Regional Operations Manager/Credentialing Project Coordinator. During their tenure, they were responsible for overseeing clinic activities, establishing workflows, increasing revenue, and coordinating company-wide credentialing efforts. Currently, Cheri serves as the Director of People at Ethos, a position they have held since January 2023. In this role, they are responsible for managing the human resources function and ensuring compliance within the organization.
Cheri Allen attended VSCC from 1988 to 1991, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Marketing.
