Christie Cotter

Christie Cotter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and business operations within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Strategy & Business Operations at Ethos Veterinary Health since February 2021, Christie previously held roles such as Director, Strategy & Business Operations at the same organization and VP of Program Management & Implementation at Element 3 Health for a year. Christie has also contributed to Optum as Director of M&A Due Diligence & Integration during a significant acquisition of DaVita Medical Group, and similarly held the same title at DaVita Medical Group prior to that. Earlier experience includes a managerial position in M&A at HCA Healthcare. Academically, Christie holds a BS in Commerce & Business Administration with a focus on Healthcare Management and a minor in Biological Sciences from The University of Alabama, as well as an MBA in Health Administration from the University of Colorado Denver.
