Prior to this role, William held various leadership positions, including Regional Director for Baker Hughes in the USA, Caribbean, and Guyana from January 2021 to July 2023, and founded Enova Management Solutions, a management consulting firm, in April 2020. William has extensive experience in the energy sector, having served as Executive Vice President and General Manager at Industrial Service Solutions, Global Sales Director at Rotating Machinery Services, and Director of Global Commercial Operations at GE Oil & Gas. Earlier in their career, William worked at Schlumberger in several commercial and operations management roles. William holds a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Minnesota and an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston.
