Iris van der Weijden is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an Adviseur P&O at Naturalis Biodiversity Center Nederland since April 2024. Iris holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
