Berkay Aytemiz successfully manages the R&D unit at Eti as the Product Development Unit Manager for Functional Foods. With experience as a Senior Product Development Engineer, they handle NPD projects from concept to launch and demonstrate effective technical project management skills. During their time at Anadolu Efes as a Quality Control Intern, they observed various processes and quality assurance experiments. Additionally, participating in Work & Travel programs at CSB International, Inc and Spirit Cultural Exchange helped them develop cross-cultural communication skills and learn about American culture. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree at Eskişehir Osmangazi Üniversitesi, Berkay has a Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering from Hacettepe University.
