Currently serving as the Ground Operations Duty Manager at Etihad since September 2014, Emad oversees the 24x7 hub airport operation, ensuring safety, security, on-time performance, and operational delivery. Prior roles include Aircraft Dispatcher and Operations Supervisor at various companies such as ASIG, Menzies Aviation, and ARIA Logistics, where Emad managed aircraft turnaround coordination and compliance with regulations.
