Rajkumar Murukan Achary has extensive experience in cargo operations within the aviation industry, currently serving as Duty Manager at Etihad Airways since June 2010. In this role, Rajkumar oversees customer experience, service delivery, quality operations, and project management. Previously, Rajkumar held several positions at Etihad Airways, including Supervisor in the Cargo Resolution Centre and Cargo Capacity Control, focusing on capacity optimization and network efficiency. Prior experience includes serving as Team Leader for Freighter & Charter operations at Emirates and as a Cargo Agent for Abu Dhabi Airports.
