Rogen Varghese

Rogen Varghese has a diverse and extensive background in project delivery and management within the finance, HR, and procurement sectors, currently serving as a Senior Delivery Lead and Engagement Manager at Etihad since July 2012. Rogen has successfully overseen multiple projects, demonstrating strong operational engagement with business stakeholders. Prior to Etihad, Rogen held key roles at Infosys as a Senior Software Engineer and Analyst in the retail domain, and founded Dmix In Animation Studio, focusing on 2D animation, 3D modeling, web development, and software development. Rogen's career began with an internship at Tata Consultancy Services, followed by a position as a Software Engineer at Accenture, specializing in the banking and insurance domain. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Christ University and a B.Tech. in Electronics and Telecommunication from Cochin University of Science and Technology.
