Sinan N. currently serves as the Head of Analytics & Data Science in the Operations Division at Etihad, overseeing a team focused on data-driven initiatives for various operational sectors. Prior to this role, Sinan was the Senior Manager of Data Science at WestJet, where key achievements included the development of a comprehensive data roadmap for the Loyalty division, construction of a data analytics team, and successful cloud migration of loyalty data. Sinan's experience also includes a position at Scotiabank as Senior Manager in Data Analytics, managing a data lab that supported the Wealth Management division, and previous roles at Bell and Ford Motor Company. Sinan holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Macau, complemented by a Certificate in Enterprise Data Analytics from the University of Toronto.
