Sibasis Rauto is a seasoned professional in the railway industry with extensive experience in locomotive operations and maintenance. Currently serving as Fleet Foreman at Etihad Rail since December 2018, Sibasis Rauto specializes in the management of 4500 EMD MAKE SD70 locomotives and train operations on UAE railways. Prior to this role, Rauto was the Lead Troubleshooter at Alstom, focusing on warranty troubleshooting for the WAG12 12000HP electrical locomotives. Rauto's career began at Medha Transportation LLC, where a tenure from September 2010 to June 2018 included roles as a Senior Customer Support Engineer and Lead Supervisor for field maintenance of diesel and electrical locomotives. Educated in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a Bachelor's degree from Adarsh Institute of Management and Information Technology, Sibasis Rauto also holds a Post Graduate qualification from Panjab University and a diploma from NTTF in the same field.
