Haya Alketbi

Haya Alketbi is a seasoned electronic engineer with over 14 years of experience in electricity distribution networks, operations and maintenance, planning and development, and project management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Drawing Approvals & NOC at EtihadWE since May 2021, Haya is responsible for coordinating the development and review of plans for the distribution network, ensuring readiness for direct connections, and issuing commissioning orders for infrastructure installation. Previously, Haya held various leadership roles at FEWA Official, including Head of Business Quality Assurance and Manager of Operations for Electricity & Water Conservation, where responsibilities included managing conservation operations, implementing energy audits, and developing regulations for rooftop PV connections. Haya holds an Executive MBA in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Sharjah and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Higher Colleges of Technology.
