Sofian Demdoum

Sofian Demdoum is an experienced professional in the utilities sector, with a strong focus on sustainability strategies. Currently serving as the Head of Strategy at EtihadWE since March 2024, Sofian previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at Roland Berger from September 2017 to February 2024. Additional experience includes roles as a Project Manager, Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Junior Consultant at Roland Berger, as well as working as an Energy Analyst at McKinsey & Company during an internship focused on global energy demand modeling. Sofian's academic background includes a Master’s Degree in Energy Engineering from KU Leuven and KTH Royal Institute of Technology, alongside a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering from KU Leuven.
