Amr Shammakh

Amr Shammakh is an experienced OSS/PM Technical Manager at Etisalat Egypt, overseeing Network Performance teams and managing Level 1 teams to ensure effective problem resolution and network performance KPI compliance. With previous roles at Huawei, including First Line Operation Manager and Access Performance Team Leader, Amr has demonstrated proficiency in platform stability, performance monitoring, and application management within OSS frameworks. Additional experience includes leadership positions in optimization and performance engineering in telecommunication projects with Sky Group and EcoTelEgypt. Amr's technical foundation is supported by a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Electronics Engineering from Thebes American College Cairo.
