Mohamed El Samanody

Mohamed El Samanody is an experienced IT professional with extensive expertise in digital services and CRM platform management, currently serving as the IT CRM Platforms Manager at Etisalat Misr since January 2009. Responsibilities include managing significant projects such as the implementation of the New Capital Smart City Mobile Application, Web Portal, and advanced smart infrastructure. Previous roles at Etisalat Misr involved managing IT contact center services, portal support, and digital services.
