Esen Bayar

Esen Bayar serves as the Co-Founder of ETL Systems, where responsibilities include enhancing operational and technical development with a focus on emerging technologies and commercial opportunities. Bayar's extensive experience spans various leadership roles, including CEO/MD and Technical Director at ETL Systems, Technical & Operations Director at Radiant Networks Plc., and Head of RF & Microwaves Department at Matra Marconi (Astrium EADs). Strengths encompass designing and manufacturing professional Radio Frequency (RF) distribution equipment, as well as developing RF amplifiers for communication and remote sensing satellites. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Low Noise Amplifiers from King's College, University of London; an MSc in Telecommunication Systems from the University of Essex; and a BSc in Electronics Engineering from the University of London.
