Laura Sanchez is a seasoned customer experience professional with extensive experience in the digital asset and travel industries. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Analyst Team Lead at eToro since September 2021, Laura previously held the position of Customer Experience Analyst. Prior experience includes working as a Client Engagement Specialist at Kraken Digital Asset Exchange and an Outbound Sales Consultant at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. Laura holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film/Video and Photographic Arts from Florida International University, as well as an Associate of Arts degree from Miami Dade College.
