Tushar Kadam

Tushar Kadam is a seasoned professional in customer success and operations management, currently serving as Country Head - Customer Success at ETP Group since June 2025. Prior to this role, Tushar held leadership positions at Simplifai, including Director - Customer Engagement and Head of Operations, from June 2021 to June 2025. Tushar also contributed significantly to abas Force (India) Pvt Ltd as a Director from July 2010 to June 2021, overseeing sales and operations for the Mumbai and Pune branches and establishing strategic partnerships in the Western and Southern regions. Previous experience includes serving as Project Manager at Abas Projektierung and as an ERP Consultant at abas Technologies Private Ltd. Tushar's academic background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a focus on Marketing from Wigan & Leigh College and a B.Sc.IT in Information Technology from Kirti M Dungursee.
