Nancy Thomas

Nancy Thomas serves as the Senior Recruiting Manager and Staffing Lead for Technical Recruiting at Etsy since May 2022. Previously, Nancy held the position of Recruiting Manager and Staffing Lead for Diversity at Google from April 2018 to May 2022, as well as serving as a Technical Recruiter focused on Diversity. At Recurse Center, Nancy was the Director of Partnerships & Talent from August 2015 to March 2018, overseeing career programming and managing relationships with over 80 partner companies. Early career experiences include roles at Ruder Finn, MSLGROUP, The Boston Consulting Group, and internships at Capstrat and the UNC Admissions Office. Nancy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication with a focus on Public Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
