Following a successful exit with Macquarie Asset Management, ETX Upstream was spun out of Galehead Development by Galehead's founders to respond to emergent Energy Transition market opportunities.
 
ETX was stood up with a tenured and cohesive team, the LandCommand Platform, and a portfolio of development assets and active engagements incubated under Galehead's R&D business unit. ETX is focused initially on providing power solutions for industrial load customers, land diligence and finance for Energy Transition infrastructure, and transmission development.
