Alice (Liangyun) Ge is an experienced test manager currently at eu-LISA since November 2020, with a strong background in automation testing and quality assurance across various companies. Previous positions include automation tester at SWIFT and test automation specialist at ARC Europe Group, where Alice delivered significant contributions by defining test strategies and implementing automation frameworks. With a comprehensive skill set encompassing Agile methodologies, test planning, user interface testing, API automation, and performance testing, Alice has held various roles including release manager and test coordinator at ING and KLA-Tencor. Alice holds a Master in Applied Computer Science from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and Université libre de Bruxelles.

eu-LISA

This is the official company page for the European Union Agency for the Operational Management of Large-Scale IT Systems in the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice (eu-LISA). eu-LISA was established to manage large-scale information systems in the area of freedom, security and justice. It fulfils the operational management tasks for Eurodac, the Schengen Information System (SIS II) and the Visa Information System (VIS). The Agency thus supports the implementation of the EU's border management, asylum and migration policies. eu-LISA has also been entrusted with the preparation, development and operational management of the European Entry-Exit System (EES), the European Travel Information and Authorisation Systems (ETIAS) as well as the European Criminal Records Information System - Third Country Nationals (ECRIS-TCN) and ensure that both these and the already existing systems are interoperable. eu-LISA is responsible for keeping all the IT systems under its control permanently functional in order to allow continuous and uninterrupted exchange of data between national authorities.
