Yann Cousinard has a strong background in IT project management and asset management. Yann currently works at eu-LISA as a Product Owner and Project Manager. Prior to that, they worked at DXC Technology as an IT Project Manager and IT Asset Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for setting up and managing hardware and software asset management processes for various accounts, as well as supporting internal asset tracking remediation and asset sales. Before DXC Technology, Yann worked at Hewlett-Packard as a Web Delivery Lead, where they coordinated the operation of customer SharePoint solutions. Yann also worked at Alcatel-Lucent (later acquired by Hewlett-Packard) as an SSO and Directories Delivery Lead. Yann's earlier experience includes working at Osiatis Ingenierie as a Web Applications Operator, where they handled incident resolution, change implementation, and technical coordination. Yann began their career at Altair Technologies as an IT Help Desk Team Lead.
Yann Cousinard obtained a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Mécatronique, Robotique et Automatisation from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Electricité et de Mécanique de Nancy in 1998. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including the Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA), ITIL v4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II), PMP, ITIL v3 Foundation, and CAE from different institutions between 1998 and 2023.

This is the official company page for the European Union Agency for the Operational Management of Large-Scale IT Systems in the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice (eu-LISA). eu-LISA was established to manage large-scale information systems in the area of freedom, security and justice. It fulfils the operational management tasks for Eurodac, the Schengen Information System (SIS II) and the Visa Information System (VIS). The Agency thus supports the implementation of the EU's border management, asylum and migration policies. eu-LISA has also been entrusted with the preparation, development and operational management of the European Entry-Exit System (EES), the European Travel Information and Authorisation Systems (ETIAS) as well as the European Criminal Records Information System - Third Country Nationals (ECRIS-TCN) and ensure that both these and the already existing systems are interoperable. eu-LISA is responsible for keeping all the IT systems under its control permanently functional in order to allow continuous and uninterrupted exchange of data between national authorities.
