Matt Brown

Matt Brown serves as the Director of Financial Services for EUGENE SD 4J since September 2022 and owns Matt Brown Consulting, established in April 2022. Previously, Brown held finance leadership roles including Finance Director for the City of St. Helens and Senior Management Analyst for the City of Forest Grove. Early career experience includes positions such as Senior Accountant for the City of Hubbard and Payroll Accountant for Northwest Regional Education Service District. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business from Western Oregon University, an Executive Certificate in Public Leadership from Harvard Business School, a degree in Human Resources Management from Clackamas Community College, and an MBA from Marylhurst University.
