Min Heon

Min Heon is an experienced leader in process engineering, currently serving as the Director of Process Engineering at Eugenus, Inc. since September 2021. Min has a strong background in ALD, ASD, and ALE process development, having previously held positions as a Process Technologist at Eugenus and as an Application Technologist at Applied Materials, where responsibilities included developing metal deposition processes for advanced semiconductor devices. Prior experience includes work as a Research Assistant at the Drexel Nanomaterials Institute, where Min developed high surface area carbon materials, and as a Senior Research and Development Engineer at Samsung Corning, focusing on high-volume manufacturing processes for LCD backlights. Min holds a PhD in Materials Engineering from Drexel University and both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science & Engineering from Pohang University of Science and Technology.
