Tejinder Singh, Ph.D., MBA, currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at Eugenus, Inc. since October 2023, leading a diverse team of engineers to drive technology and product development in advanced semiconductor manufacturing, particularly in ALD solutions for various applications. Prior to this role, Tejinder was Director of Products & Technology at Applied Materials from April 2018 to September 2023, overseeing a portfolio in the Specialty Semiconductor Segment and emerging memory technologies, while also managing customer relations and strategic partnerships. Tejinder's experience further extends to significant positions at Samsung Electronics, Intel Corporation, and academic roles at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, contributing extensively to semiconductor process development and research in chemical engineering. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from The Wharton School and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
