Gillian's career began as a Drama Teacher at Encore School of Performing Arts and includes significant customer service experience from a role at Clarks. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Journalism and Public Relations from Griffith College Dublin and a Bachelor's in Creative and Cultural Industries from Technological University Dublin, complemented by a year in Acting Performance at The Gaiety School of Acting.
