Atze Broeckmans is an accomplished professional in workforce management and improvement with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Improvement Manager and Manager of Workforce Management & Sourcing at Achmea since October 2018, Atze also chairs the CCC Innovation Group at Eurapco. Previously, Atze held several positions including a board member at CCMA, Senior WFM & Business Consultant at PlanMen, and a range of interim consultancy roles focusing on optimization, outsourcing, and strategy at organizations such as OLVG, Eneco, and Alliander. Atze is educated at Nyenrode Business University and holds a Bachelor's degree in P&O from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
