Anbinh X. Phan has a diverse and extensive work experience. They are currently working as the Practice Head Consumer and Retail at Eurasia Group since May 2023. Previously, they worked at Walmart as the Director of Global Government Affairs from March 2017 to April 2023. Before that, they founded and served as the Executive Director of Aloetree Kids, which was Washington D.C.'s first Benefit Corporation, from January 2013 to February 2017. Anbinh also worked as a Business and Human Rights Fellow at Human Rights First from September 2010 to January 2011. They were involved in International Trade and Cross Border Transactions at Holland & Knight LLP in 2008. Prior to that, they were an International Economist at the U.S. Department of the Treasury from 2004 to 2007. Anbinh started their career as a World Trade Organization Researcher at Princeton University in 2002.

Anbinh X. Phan has a diverse and comprehensive education history. They began their academic journey at Pomona College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. Afterwards, Anbinh X. Phan went to the University of Oxford for a semester abroad at University College, focusing on the field of study in Social Capital and Economic Development.

Subsequently, they attended Georgetown University Law Center, where they earned a Doctor of Law degree (JD). Lastly, Anbinh X. Phan expanded their knowledge and expertise by studying at the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs, where they obtained a Master's degree in Public Administration (MPA). During this time, Anbinh X. Phan specialized in the areas of Economics and International Relations.
